Beautiful Lapis Lazuli (dyed) gemstone coin encased in a silver toned Hamsa hand frame. They have a plain silver toned bail to attach to a necklace. Please note: the back of this pendant varies in design; some are open and plain (like the photo) while others have a leaf pattern.
